Hold on

 Hold on

it´s gonna be

all right

you´re gonna be

alright

it´s gonna be

all right

hold on

Spring has come for sure with spring equinox, yet winter wanted to return once more and covered the forest in bright sparkling snow. I took a magical walk in the forest, soaking in the beauty of snowcovered trees in the sun, the brightness of light, cool air in my lungs, and joyful singing of the birds in the treetops. I felt surrounded by divine beauty, which made my heart sing.

In the forest this song came to me, as a gift to everybody who might need it. It´s an intuitive song of hope and trust. Whenever you might need to hear it, you can listen to it or sing it yourself like a mantra, over and over again. Feel free to improvise and sing however you feel like in the moment. I recommend going outside for singing.

Singing is healing. Yet sometimes we can feel so low, or be so disconnected, that we might not be able to sing at all. Singing might feel too overwhelming, because it opens the door to our heart and our emotions. In this case, even humming one single note is helpful. Humming very gently helps us reconnect with ourselves. Humming or singing out in nature, we are supported by the earth.

Gift of light
Thank you thank you thank you dear forest!
You are sacred beauty
