This world

This world is far more magical than we may think.

Way more beautiful and wise.

Love flows through it from endless source.

We are brighter and wholer than we may know.

Our wildest dreams may have always been real, just waiting for us to remember.

Honouring the Sacred

The more I feel connected to the Sacredness of the world, the less I can imagine walking through life without this connection.

I have always felt a deep longing for connecting with nature and spirit. Yet, it took me many years to find ways how to practice this connection and stay connected in my daily life.

Some of the milestones on this journey were connecting with wild plants, becoming a shamanic practitioner, living in community, and opening up to the gift of intuitive singing.

The journey continues with greater lightness, groundedness, selvlove and bliss. This adventure never ends.

Rain down on me

 Rain

Wash me clean

Come to me

Rain down on me

Wash me clean

Rain

Come rain down on me

Come wash me clean

Come on now

Rain on me

Rain down on me

Come on now

Wash me clean

Rain down on me

Rain

See the beauty of the flowers. Remember that the same beauty is in you. Let the rain nourish you as it nourishes the flowers, the trees, the land, the animals, rivers and oceans. Let the rain wash everything off you that you don´t need any more.

Stunning beauty

Singing in spring

Who is singing, spring forest?

Do I sing through you, do you sing through me?

We are sharing this gift, this blessing.

I feel blessed by you, spring forest.

I honour you with this song you gave to me.

We are united through song.

There is no border to cross, we are one.

Where do I end, where do you begin?

There is no border, we are one.

United through song.

Forest my love

Let there be light

In the ancient ditch

Down by the creek

In the forest there´s a tiny little creek running through. Once upon a time - thousands of years ago - this creek must have been a mighty river, which formed the valley. Following the tiny waterstream I can only imagine the sound of rushing water back in those days.

Today it´s running peacefully and steady. In springtime, yellow March marigolds are blooming all over the place.  It´s a little world of it´s own, partly covered in a thicket of blackberry bushes and ferns, dead branches and fresh green leaves. Here and there, a deer´s path is crossing the stream.

I love going down where the water flows. Since my childhood - and long before that - the creek has always been there. This place takes me back in time, way before our modern times. Going there is like connecting the present moment with ancient times. A place to transcend time. I imagine how wild these waters must have been then, how powerful and free. The wildness still lives below the surface of time, earth, skin.

Come back home

If you feel worried and insecure
in these times of change
remember your home in nature.

Here you are held and cared for,
finding peace and hope,
trust and wisdom.

Go out into the forest,
this magical place of beauty,
home of healing plants and spirits,
animal brothers and sisters.

Step in and connect
with all of creation,
returning home to yourself.

Beautiful child of nature -
come back home!

 Purest beauty
 Celebration of light
 A new beginning
 Step in and connect
Sunlight from heaven
I love you, wilderness

Alive

Look at the flowers in springtime - after months of being invisible and waiting, they suddenly feel ready to show up. They are not ashamed to show their overwhelming beauty.

Maybe the flowers can teach us how to bloom, maybe they can encourage us. Like the flowers, we are also meant to show our beauty, we are meant to share our gifts with the world. And to do so we do not need to be any different from how we are in the present moment. Just being authentic is enough.

So you can sing the song of your heart, without knowing the song, without being ready to sing, just intonate one note, and then another. You don´t need a professionaly trained voice to do so. Your singing is a healing gift.

I want to encourage you to let your light shine, and to let your voice be heard!

Praise to the sea

With you I am always

With you I am always and have always been and will always be You are in my heart I am safe in you

Plant helpers

Who are the plant helpers? Do you seek their help? Do you even help them in return or express your gratitude?

My way of thanking the plants is often by singing or talking to them, by telling them how beautiful they are, by smiling and taking a deep breath of astonishment and enthusiasm, by gently touching the leaves of a flower or a tree....and many more ways.

Plants are our main source of food and also our best medicine, they take good care of us - let´s take good care of them, too.

Lately I had a busy time with lots of speculations and discussions and so on. My mind was overloaded by thoughts. Nevertheless, I managed to take some pictures and to record a song. Read the description from the video here:

Do you know this feeling, when your mind is filled up with issues, people, words, to-do´s and so on...? And you can´t escape, the thoughts are coming and are haunting you. My head was filled with all these things, when I went outside in hope for some relief. Being in a state of disconnectedness, I actually didn´t feel like singing at all. I didn´t want to feel myself, just get away from it all. Anyways, I came to a point when I said to myself: this can´t be it, look around you, all the beauty is right here, try to connect with it. And so I started singing, slowly from one tone to another. The plant helpers supported me through their calmness, patience and beauty. They are always there to help.

kinooo satena kaleea hajedo

Was gibst du weiter oder was möchtest du weitergeben? Hindert dich etwas daran?

Everything
is blooming and growing
and I want
I wanna grow, too.
Everything
is blooming and growing
and I want
I wanna bloom, too.

 Morgenlicht
Hier bin ich einem Rehweg gefolgt. Warum? Wegen dem Licht.
Ein "toter" Baum - wertvoller Lebensraum
Ein Hauch von Urwald am äußersten Rand von Wien.
 Immergrüner Efeu
Hellblaue und lila Veilchen im Wald
 So eine schöne Farbe!
Die ersten Sträucher werden wieder grün.
